As we are following our spiritual path, there may be times where a plant based diet can support your spiritual journey. This workshop can give you the tools to implement a plant-based diet whether it is a temporary or a long-term solution for you.
This workshop is an introduction to plant based eating.
In this workshop, You will learn:
- Benefits of a plant based diet as related to health and wellness
- Strategies for progressing to a plant based diet from your current diet
- Your own personalized timeline for transitioning for a plant based diet
