Introduction to Plant-based & Whole Food Eating

Are you wanting better health for yourself and being a role model of health for your family?

As we are following our spiritual path, there may be times where a plant based diet can support your spiritual journey. This workshop can give you the tools to implement a plant-based diet whether it is a temporary or a long-term solution for you.

This workshop is an introduction to plant based eating.

In this workshop, You will learn:

  • Benefits of a plant based diet as related to health and wellness
  • Strategies for progressing to a plant based diet from your current diet
  • Your own personalized timeline for transitioning for a plant based diet

The meeting will take place in my home in Spring, TX off of Rayford Rd/Aldine Westfield Rd.  Once you register, you will be given directions. If you have any questions, please call 713-909-4970.
